Hello, my name is Lakeema Sauls.

 I am the founder of Power and Authority Life Coaching LLC, which is faith-based coaching.  

I am an accredited certified professional coach. I received my certification from an ICF-accredited school. 

I have helped individuals realize that spiritual health is important. Helping many realize that GOD is the source and that nothing can be done without Him, especially this thing we call life. 

This is not something that I was always aware of. I attended church growing up every Sunday even on Saturdays. As I got older, I didn't attend church and didn't have the best relationship with GOD. I prayed here and there but wasn't consistent. 

I want to state this before I continue. How many of you like myself were doing things and in things that you know weren't of GOD? Yet,  He still covered you. That's grace. Thank you GOD for grace. 

Ok, back to the story. I always prayed for what I wanted GOD to do for me but never came from a place of asking GOD, what is it you want me to do? Lived life the way I wanted, and experienced trials and tribulations. 

Those trials consisted of being a single mother, operating in the spirit of rejection, and seeking validation from others. Looking for love because I grew up without a father.  At that time, not realizing I didn't need validation from anyone and that I was loved by a Heavenly Father already.

Fast forward even after being a lukewarm believer, I realized that GOD was all I needed. That I wasn't raising my baby alone, I didn't need validation from others because my identity was in GOD. I was and still am the daughter of the KING. I realized I was created in HIS image and had power and authority through HIM because of what HIS word( the bible) says,  it states that I was created in HIS image and HIS likeness.

Giving this story about my life is not to display religion, but to display relationship. That's what God wants with each and every single one of us, a relationship.

When you have healthy relationships. You are a happy individual, you don't feel alone, you feel valued, you feel loved and you can depend on the person if you need to.

Well GOD wants to be all these things to you, for you and so much more. Having a relationship with GOD is one of the best, greatest, and most important relationship you could ever have. This is  how you live your best life. A life of freedom, abundance, health, wealth, and love.

My passion is helping others become the best that they can be. Reminding them that we all were created for a purpose. When you seek the purpose giver, you find out what your true purpose is and what you were created for. The goal is to help many turn pain into purpose and remind them that it is faith that will help you to overcome obstacles and roadblocks in life.

So many people don't live the life GOD intended for them. 

Many people aren't walking in  their true identity. 

When you are connected to the source which is GOD, you can live a life of freedom, abundance, health, wealth, and love.
