Coaching is finding out where the person presently is in their life. Identifying what needs to be changed and then providing the tools to make the necessary changes. The goal of coaching is to help the individual become a better version of themselves.

The process all depends on what has to be done and the discipline of the individual. To take all information and tools given by the coach to make the changes that need to be made.
